Too bad you can’t batter dip them and fry them up like other fish. If you could, we could solve the world food shortage problem and reduce carbon emission at the same time
(Of course, I’ve not sure how much cabin is emitted during a fish fry. Especially if you include french fries and hush puppies.)
The Chinese make “salad” out of jellyfish. Probably could batter and fry them.
