Yup! I remember pre-AC. It is so humid here that shoes and books would mildew overnight. It is hotter here in the summer than it is in Sentani, Papua.
I have a bit of a headache. I do not like headaches. I’ve taken aspirin and I’m drinking water to make sure I’m hydrated. But I think I’ll be staying indoors today.
Jemian, Intense heat/humidity gives me headaches, too, unless I do absolutely NOTHING. (something I’m actually quite good at!)
Keep that water going and DO stay inside. We have a “red alert” telling all vulnerable categories (elderly/asthmatics, etc) to stay indoors. 105, as the index is here is 105, and has to be worse in AL.
