Don’t ya think some one would have noticed 8,000 cows falling from the skies?
I realize there were a lot of drugs and disco in the 70s; but 8,000 cows dropping from the skies?

Seems like before the bodies started showing up, some farmer would have noticed he was missing a huge herd.
Perhaps drug smugglers picked up livestock after unloading their planes. That would have been a great alibi if caught on the open range. Then, once airborne they just dropped the poor heifers out the door.
