Rove is an incredibly arrogant elitist. He is a very sissified man. There is nothing manly about him.
Rove despises conservatives and will NOT say anything nice about any true conservative. It Rove wants only RINO elites to win; RINOs like Jeb. Rove is as arrogant at the Marxist.
