I'll bet we could come up with all kinds of stupid things like this to show how idiotic it is to say or imply that only women can comment on abortion. How about only people who have had heart attacks can be heart surgeons. And using this line of thinking, who are we going to get to be homicide detectives. The only qualified people would be dead!
