Swedish flamingoes massacred in frenzied anteater attack

A flock of ten flamingoes have met a brutal end at a zoo in Eskilstuna in eastern Sweden after a curious anteater broke into their compound and clawed them to death, leaving a further five birds nursing injuries.

While I have been a longtime Anteater supporter, recent rumors of concerted anti-flamingo rhetoric disturbed me greatly.

I even brushed aside allegations of flamingo muggings by Anteaters as possibly the antics of the Anteater's Local 534 in New Jersey.

But with the escalation into gruesome flamingo murder my support has withered, nay, I now denounce them.

Now I must go out in my yard and spray paint my loving birds black, and hope that marauding bands of Anteaters mistake them for one-legged crows.
