Worthless study since it included women who have children by more than one husband. It’s not uncommon at all for a woman to have children by a 1st and 2nd husband. I have two step-children of my own.

I wondered about the percentage of divorced women with children who remarried and had additional children.
Several women I knew had of course several issues in the first marriages but one of the stalemates was about having more children. The wives wanted more children, the husbands did not want more.

Yes, but almost the same number of blacks, even I think into the 70% area, don’t get married. So they can’t have kids by more than one husband, if they don’t even get married.

And even if you are talking about a second marraige, even those tend to be more financially unstable than a long term one on one marriage. Due to alimony, child support, the temporary (sometimes) division of a household.

BOR is right on this. He misses an awful lot of stuff, but this he is right on.
