Donald Trump as the president of the United States?
Sorry, but I think that’s nuts.
Beck for press sec, imho.
Although I don’t think either have much of a chance, i would like to see Trump and Newt Gingrich last for a while in the primaries for the sole purpose of driving the debate.
The focus needs to be on the issues, and despite the baggage they both carry, by sheer force of their personalities they can weather that storm long enough for the eventual front-runner to pick up their torch and bludgeon the Kenyan with it in the debates.
On another note, if we as conservatives don’t show up to vote our values in the primaries, we will get another milquetoast candidate chosen by the Poll-It Bureau...uh.. I mean the media......
See post #63, Robb’s points make sense to me. Trump might end up making some of us nuts as the others in the mix, but he is no-nonsense and I’d really like somebody in the WH with that trait. Not to say Donald is the only option, I’m just thinking out loud.
Beck might be OK, but he borders on manic sometimes, at least Hannity keeps the lid on most of the time.
Either way, what fun it would be to see one of those guys duking it out with the Press Corpse.
