Washington based GOP super think tank known as Crossroads GPS plans to file a federal lawsuit Wednesday in D.C. District Court against the Department of Health and Human Services. Woohoo!

I thought Mark Levin was going to file one also, but that was before it passed.
Given the 1,040 exemptions so far, someone needs to file a straight up 14th Amendment Equal Protections violation lawsuit.
