Well..maybe it sounds high, but think about it:With all the illegals being smuggled into the USA and now that parents have little or no care about raising their children in a loving home, it could be right.
Craiglist and the internet are a boom to perverts. And kiddie porn is on the rise. Cant open the paper with seeing some scumbag who tried to arrainge to have sex with a under age boy or girl. And that is just the ones you hear about.
