So what is the suit about?? Didn’t they deliver the guns to buyers? Did the misrepresent their inventory? The article is pathetic. It states NOTHING as a grounds for the suit!

Looks to be like they have some financial partners who are upset.

There was lots of info on this forum about TGI, the Site Admin was sticking up for them big time but since then, most all the posts have been deleted...

Yeah, this article isn’t real forthcoming with the “WHY” of the lawsuit. May have to wait for all the lawyers to do their dance before we know more.

I was active on the surplus rifle forum for awhile. It was a very helpful site for me. I am sorry to hear that TGI had problems.

I can tell you for sure that TGI makes some of the finest quality ak style sporting rifles available at any price.
The fit and finish is very good. It has been my personal experience that the firearms they manufacture from parts kits are top notch and work flawlessly.

If you are going to buy an ak I recommend the ak74 which shoots 5.45x39 unlike the ak47 which shoots 7.62x39 , the smaller round is about the same as the 5.45 or .223 , its easier to keep on target while shooting and the bulgarian circle 10 mags are flawless in function and hold 45rnds. also ammo is super cheap like about 2160 rounds delivered for $299 at ammoman.com. ( makes for lots of fun at the range, and shoots about 2moa at 100yds )

I have no idea about the law suit , but the guns are super good quality.
