I am a Johnny Cash conservative
U-Tube ^ | Johnny Cash

Posted on 02/26/2011 2:52:56 AM PST by Sarah-bot

Point is, Johnny Cash was a conservative, but he was an entirely different "conservative" than the supposed Huckabee. Sarah Palin reminds me more of a Johnny Cash conservative. The point is, many people on Free Republic hate palin for being a Johnny Cash conservative, and to them I say too bad.

What, did she shoot a man in Reno, just to watch him die?

Are you sure, have you been to France, or Germany? If you have, you have not bothered to eat the cheese.

"Hate"? Show us the "hate" on FR.

Geez, just because you worship Palin doesn't mean that someone who doesn't "hates" her.

I’ve seen the video before. It’s been around for a very long time.

Yes, but it is a good video. Homer’s — Isotope’s Fables have been around a long time, but people still like them.

No one in this day and age can purport than Johnny Cash would’ve been one ‘Conservative’ or another. Many liberal jerks like his ‘rebellious anti-establishment tone’ (In their minds, that means Anti-Conservative/Republican) because we’ve ‘ruled the universe’ until the 60’s or 70’s in their minds... Forget FDR and all that, though... But, alas, who would Johnny have voted for? Well, he covered a Nine Inch Nails song, so I see him as Romney man...

I remember the song. It made Johnny Cash a Patriot. I don't know about his political views at any time of his life.

Even Willie Nelson can sound like a conservative in song when everyone knows hi is a Tax Evading $HITBIRD.

However compared to what passes for a 'Liberal' these days, he just might be a conservative.

Uh, I thought Palin was a "she" not a "him".

Have you been to sleep yet from last night?

A Johnny Cash conservative? What does that mean? I am serious. I can’t hear what the U-tube video is saying either because I am hard of hearing. So, do you mind explaining to me?

“The point is, many people on Free Republic hate palin..”

How DARE you type her name in lowercase.

If you can’t bother proofreading what you type before you hit the “post” button, why bother posting?

Certain peeps on FR only ‘hate’ Palin because she doesn’t share their views of his citizenship or ‘love of country.’ You know, peeps... Sarahbabe has to play to the middle’s media-ingrained doped-upedeness sometimes if she expected to win the highest office... Obama did it with a wink and a nod to his Liberal base and they understood it was a charade... It’s politics. I know we Conservatives try to judge everything at face value, but they are using Alinsky on us. We have to play on their field. It’s time we throw that right back at them.
