I caught this as well. As strong a believer in the Constitution as Boortz claims to be, I don't understand why he doesn't realize the following (quoting from one of the responses on his website:

"I have no doubts at all that he was physically born in Hawaii. His mother was under the age of majority, and his father was a citizen of Kenya (a colony of Britain). According to British Colonial rule at the time, he's a citizen of the crown. This was before the U.S. immigration rules changed (I think that was '63) to make him an "Anchor Baby". Why hasn't anybody (including Neal) brought this up?"

Follow up on my post #3, I’m especially disappointed that more of the talkers (Rush, Sean, and especially TGO Levin) haven’t focused on this. After all, it’s just fidelity to the Constituion we’re talking about.
