This is a FEDERAL crime, the FBI are in charge of the investigation, and not that weird sheriff dude.
The feds have it. They even recused all the local judges from working on the case which means the feds have total control of all the information.

There have already been several reports that Loughner’s Facebook page and his youtube channel have been changed since he was taken into custody. Changed in a political way.
I would not worry, unless he has Rush 24/7 service, as I do,
or the various online links to Savage.
A lot of how law enforcement will approach this case will result from the tone set by Giffords, once she is back in control of her capacities (praying that she recovers fully).
It will be a great credit to her if she acknowledges that this was the work of a deeply disturbed individual and leave it at that. It will not go over well if she tries to score political points over it - and I don’t think she will.
It's already known that he was a leftist. Even if someone altered his files in any meaningful way, they couldn't alter the trail he's left on the Internet.
Someone in possession of your computer could easily alter it, but not the time-stamps of your history on FreeRepublic's servers, for instance. Nor Google's cache of it.

I think your post is paranoid and selfish. Sounds like the sort of thing that a person who is wrought with some sort of guilt might post.
Maybe we should remember that Americans, including a young girl has been gunned down and maybe we should be thinking more about injured countrymen and less about promoting or protecting an ideology.
The feds are already changing the story on the Judge’s appearance at the Giffords rally.
The Judge needs to be on official duty for the federal charges.
First the Judge was just stopping by to say hello when he saw that she was having a rally.
Next they say he was there to discuss the increased border assaults.
Next story line was that he was concerned that there were too many arrests by ICE and his workload was too heavy.
You can see the progression of lies in order to reach a particular conclusion.
Doubtful anyone know how the Judge came to be there but that won’t stop the O justice department.
Maybe luck will show he used Carbonite, but then the Liberal media will blame Limbaugh.
