Suppers were so distinctive when my kids were little c1970.

Breakfast was cereal and milk. Lunch was soup and/or sandwich. Dinner was meat, potato vegie, bread, butter, milk for dinner. Sunday and Tursday was sauce and macaroni.

Snacks? Maybe graham crackers, ho hos, chocolate cup cakes. (we had a Millbrook outlet near us) but not every day.

Never bought chips...and I mean NEVER.

When I made more money, we occasionally went to Pizza Hut for the buffet.

They're all grown up...eat a lot of cr** food and they all have bellies...but thank God, they are healthy.

Mom, at 67, is still 108 lbs, 115/70.

You left out the canned soda, bottled pop or whatever it’s called.
