I hate resolutions! I guess I am not that good at them. The only one that I have ever kept is to read at least 3 books per year about a subject that I know nothing about. Thus far, I have read about the ancient Greeks, colonial architecture, pagan theology, bugs, victorian antiques, etc... I haven’t regretted reading one. Does this count?

Does this count? Sure does! I like that kind of resolution. Reading is fun.

reading 3 books a year will keep you educatde and your mind functioning. You'll be WAAAAY ahead of the next libTARD you cross paths with. I had a resolution to read the Bible in one year and did it 3 times. Also has one to read a book a week for one year, and did it. Now that I have kids and my wife is a profrssional Mom, we can't budget for that may books, but the library (and half.com) still feeds me my fix when I need a good book.
Rock on Momofthree.
