Suspected illegal alien wanted for sexually assaulting 10-year-old girl

According to Newport News police, Jose Rodriquez-Hernandez, 22, filmed himself sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl, and posted the video on the internet.

The victim reported the assaults to a school employee, who then notified Child Protective Services. Police immediately began an investigation immediately and secured arrest warrants for Rodriguez-Hernandez on Friday night.

He is wanted on charges of forceable sodomy, the production of child pornography and taking indecent liberties with a child.

Rodriquez-Hernandez is Hispanic, 5-foot 3-inches tall and weighing 135 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue shirt with light-blue stripes. Investigators believe he may be headed to the Houston area, or Mexico.

My guess is he is long gone, deep within Mexico and will only be caught should he make a return trip.

If he's illegal that means there is no actual name verification to begin with. That might be his tenth name so far. If it's his first, or tenth, he just needs to make up a new one and go to a 'sanctuary' city that protects open air felons.
