There is only one universe. Discussing “time” before the universe is meaningless. I'm not sure about the "only one" assertion but the "meaningless" assertion is undoubtedly correct for any number of good reasons. At the moment of creation, the big bang if you will, total entropy was zero. That would prevent any possible transfer of information post BB.
