I really like McRib, but I LOVE the Cheddar Melt! Why does McDonald’s refuse to bring this back!
Man, you must be reading my mind! The Cheddar Melt is my all-time favorite thing from Mickey D’s.
The rye bun..the grilled onions...*drool*
It’s a manufactured cult status thing...see, if they really were that popular, why take it off the menu in the first place? By yanking peoples chains like this, they hope to drive demand. We have a local yogurt place that does this with one of their flavors, even to the point of advertising the fact that customers love it so much and want it to stay...but they’ve yanked it 3 times in like 6 months.
