You couldn't be more wrong, but I'm sure you know that too. Cloris Leachman was "kept on the show" because viewers found her entertaining and voted for her. It is a popularity contest.

Do you have something more to share than your warped view of reality...it's really quite boring.

You have apparently never heard of “Vote for the Worst”. It’s a whole internet-based group that purposely votes for the worst dancer/singer/whatever on any of these shows. The longevity of some of the worst performers has more to do with people manipulating the voting process than whether people actually like them.
