Carbon dioxide has always received the most media attention as the leading cause of climate change, and a new study from NASA does more than concur with this assessment: It finds CO2 is overwhelmingly responsible for raising Earth's temperature.

This study must have been made in a bar of heron den. Who made the study and why do the not dare name it? Why do they not publish it. Was the guy drunk at the time he made these remarks? All mouth and no proof.

Why is NASA doing worrying about this stuff when their primary directive is to promote Islam?

It is elitists like him the couldn’t actually analyze any physical phenomona without pawning the job onto a subordinate who is smarter than they are, but who lacks the brown nose acquired by years of sucking up to other elitists.
This is something that can be read in a different way. At current temperatures CO2 only adds slightly to IR absorbtion because H2O dominates. What there model says is that without a fixed IR absorber H2O absorbtion can be frozen out, that is, in a positive feedback manner the planet can freeze over. CO2 and other absorbers that are not frozen out provide a lower limit to the absorbtion, which provides a lower limit to temperature swings. However, it is only of importance at lower temperatures when H2O absorbtion no longer dominates, which is not the case now.
It follows then that it is very important to have CO2 in the atmosphere to prevent this process. Something like this happened early in the history of the earth and it became covered with ice.
