To: Vendome

# 1 lb good quality lean ground meat
# 1 tablespoon olive oil
# 2 garlic cloves
# 1/4 teaspoon salt
# 2 -3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
# 1 tablespoon horseradish (optional but good)
# 1 raw egg
Mix together and grill/fry.

About the garlic, AM. Could be a problem if one has a date, excluding myself who isn’t doing that anymore.
But would garlic salt be okay? and if not, do you mince the garlic?

Is there a secret to frying a burger at home? I’ve only grilled burgers outside and even when my folks would fry a burger inside, I was always disappointed with the taste so I stuck to using the grill. Any recommendations, from oil to fry in, to ingredients would be appreciated.

Done! Will be substituting ground venison because I have a lot of it in the freezer. (It has a little beef and pork in it for fat.)
