Juan is the balance part of the “fair and balanced”. His job is to present the democrat side....Not sure how much of it he really believes....therefore he just repeats the Rats’ mantra.

Probably less and less. When he subs for O’Reilly, he deomonstrates that he can present the conservative side reasonably well on some issues. Sorta like a member of a high-school debating team, who can argue either side — as the circumstances may dictate.
