Just a thought.

I was thinking this too just today.
We need to start identifying these self-servants on both sides as “career politicians.”

Career Politician = Political Corruption

There should be no such thing as a career politician!

We have to be willing to elect people based on what they believe and want rather than their resumes. The focus on resumes made sense when we were more united as Americans on core values, God, Country, Family. Now all three are in dispute. Now idealogy matters more than resume. The Democrats have known that for decades and will support Rangels, Clintons, Kerrys, etc. regardless of the lies, crimes, and abuses because they know that what matters is that they are reliably liberal. We need to be harder nosed about this idealogical divide. The left has gotten a freer ride than the right does because of their control of the media, but that is slipping away. We organize now on the net and in our home towns and communicate here and in 10,000 (100,000?) websites and e-mail lists.

If we could finally turn off the boob tube liberal channels and cancel the lib subscriptions (”we” being ordinary Americans that are patriots) one of the last vestiges of their control over the minds of Americans would be lost . . . because the money would be lost. Liberals work for power, money and status and if they don’t get that they don’t work. We volunteer and take the slings and arrows they shoot at us for it.

The most craven of them, like Lindsey Graham, seem to safely combine their law and military careers as military JAGs, before moving on to political office.
