A must read. As expected, the bill ENCOURAGES employers to DROP insurance coverage as it will be LESS expensive to pay the government penalties. IE: Medical insurance companies being driven out of business for the government to become the sole source.

Worse yet, it encourages gaming of medical insurance to drive them out all the faster.
