...we simply do not have a sensory input to detect the passage of time....Excellent. Of course our sensory input is similarly subjective. We measure time as the distance between two points. I had a prof who claimed that thinking about time for too long would render one insane.

He’s right. It’s like the old adage about the two dimensional beings trying to explain height. How could they? It’d be impossible for them to prove given the set of data they would have to work with.
