We heard a loud sound and wondered what it was. Could have been an earthquake.
Certainly was an earthquake. I was lying in bed thinking of what I had to do today when the windows started shaking and the floorboards too. As soon as I thought earthquake, it was over.
Fox News mentioned Rockville, Montgomery County.
Nothing felt in Howard County.
A few years ago in Howard Co. we felt a *shock & bang* recorded seismically as an *anomaly* not a quake. Not even newsworthy. Put it down to a gasline burp;)
