Joe’s Beavis and Barack is Butt-Head. Two reasons—one, the hair color matches. Two, Joe just seems more Beavis-like to me, with the tendency to wander off into saying crazy things, while Butt-Head is the dominant one and randomly abuses Beavis.
It’s not hard for me to picture Plugs with his shirt pulled up over his head screaming “I AM THE GREAT CORNHOLIO! I NEED TP FOR MY BUNGHOOOOOLE!”
