The Comandante is the ultimate con man. He tells humongous whoppers all with a smile and and even tone of voice. It is just amazing to me how he can, time after time, just flat out lie without even a nervous tick or breaking a sweat. Someone taught him very, very well and we're all neck deep in shi* because of it.
