Someone has been busy with photoshop... this displayed certificate has not been around here. Someone is obviously trying to confuse the "CERTIFICATE of live birth" with "CERTIFICATION of live birth."

Someone has been busy with photoshop... this displayed certificate has not been around here.That is not the same one that's been floated around. The one below shows the form was revised 11/01 and father's race was African while the one at the top of this thread shows 10/08 and the father's race was Black. What's the deal, huh?
