End birthright citizenship.

Require that for citizenship, one of the following must apply:

1. The mother herself is a citizen.
2. The father is a citizen and the mother is married to him and at least a legal resident with a greencard. Unmarried - sorry, Jose, no dice.
3. Both parents are citizens - the easy way.
4. If both parents are legal resident aliens on a visa, or one parent is on a visa and the other here legally but temporarily, and the parents are married, the child is inferred automatic legal status but not citizenship. If the child remains in the us at age 18, he can become a citizen and retroactively be considered a natural-born citizen. I call this The Bobby Jindal Clause.
5. Temporary residents, guest workers, and those simply here on a passport on a short term basis (vacation, business trip, etc) who give birth here will NOT have citizenship or even legal residency on the child.

Anchor baby law is destroying this country.

Illegals are stealing billions from us via welfare, food stamps, free healthcare, and bankrupting our nation.
