“Though Im sure she provoked the poor, sweet, widdle, Pit Bull (/extreme sarcasm), “<<<<<<<<<<
The dog was running loose in a strange place, being approached by someone that it didn’t know. The story says the woman tried to move the dog. It didn’t just run up to her and attack. She initiated contact with a strange dog. However, regardless of the situation, I still believe this particular dog should be euthanized, simply because it did bite her, but I don’t attribute this or any other reported bite to a breed of dog’s temperament, because even without pit bulls, there are still thousands of dog bites every day in this country, and many of those require a hospital visit. Not to mention that even the smallest dogs can and do take lives, so the argument about strength or the mythical locking jaw is moot. Until people can see that their irresponsible actions are what causes these incidents (which by the way is what the experts say unanimously), we will continue to see stories like this one. People need to start stepping up and taking responsibility for their pets, and stop blaming a dog that is no better/worse than its owner.
People like you and the other Pit Bull worshippers who make ridiculous excuses, rather than admit that these dogs are far more dangerous than 99% of dogs are going to eventually cause the breed to be banned.
A normal dog, even with a somewhat poor temperament will never visciously attack a human, especially outside of its territory.
It is disgraceful for you to blame this innocent victim of a viscious dog.
You Pit worshippers are worse than the Liberals who worship violent thugs, and call them “victims of soeciety” while demonizing their victims.
