Me, too. It's beyond me why advertisers think that women will rush to buy a product after seeing a commercial that bashes their husbands, fathers, brothers, and male friends.
You might enjoy an ad. currently running on TV for Farmers Insurance.....
a young man holding a baby says he is a fire fighter and away from home a lot. Says he knows what is important to protect. A woman appears at his side then is gone. At the end of the ad. he say - still holding the baby - "Everything else is replaceable, (presumably including the wife) this isn't".
Cracks me up every time.
