CHICAGO (AP) -- Will it be his pork with green tomatillo-avocado salsa, or the duck breast in red chile-apricot mole?
Perhaps the bacon-flavored corn masa cakes stuffed with black beans.

Crispy little bacon-flavored corn masa cakes stuffed with black beans. Fried guajillo salsa, garlicky avocado mash, queso anejo.

OK I like Bayless and Fronterra Grill. Well the food anyway.

The least they could have done was to get someone from San Antonio, where they know how to prepare delicious TX/MX.

Chicago chefs make pizza. Or Italian Beef, with hot mix peppers. Or hotdogs, with no ketchup but plenty of celery salt.
Only foo-foos make stuff like the article talks about.

Good for Rick! He’s one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Great food too, his Chile Rellenos are the best things ever.

It'll be our F'n money.
Maybe it'll have lots of little hard to see bones in it.

If they're going to use veggies from Michelle's “garden”, I think they'll need a master of improv like the chef from “Dinner Impossible”.

I veiw bacon-flavored corn masa cakes stuffed with black beans as more of a breakfast thing. I’ve had ‘em down in Mexico years ago at a local greasy spoon with a breakfast buffet.

This is the second State Dinner the present White House Chef has been eliminated from preparing.
That doesn't sound fair..

I’ve got a huge hunger for an Italian Beef. Now that is what the Mexican pres should have if he’s coming to DC to whine about the one-way road immigration policy.

We watch Rick on PBS when we can catch his show. We love the stuff he cooks.
Michelle actually made a good choice.

Since we, the people, are already employing a chef for these occasions, this twerp and his wife in the White House should foot the bill for transporting this Chicago chef to Washington.
