I think there is a quote (Holder?) saying exactly that victims of hate crimes are only those who have suffered historical discrimination or something like that. Can’t find the quote though.
In other words it’s not a hate crime if the victim is white.
While more whites are charged with hate crimes than blacks in absolute numbers, a higher percentage of blacks (compared to population) are charged with hate crimes than whites: http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=21943 The LSM just doesn’t cover those. Yep, those of us with common sense know this. But, the idiots passing these laws lack any good old common sense. Come to think of it, they just don’t have any kind of sense at all!
I heard about a hate crime in San Francisco: Two gay guys attacked a lesbian. One held her down while the other did her hair.
Terrible, just terrible!
There were some close calls...but word got handed down in time to prevent the non-whites from making thought crimes look bad.

Hate crimes laws are covert get-even-with-em-ism. Cause we all know that whites have all the power.
