Today on the news I saw yet another white man charged with a hate crime for having killed someone of another race. The victim was Hispanic. I'm wondering... are all hate crime charges leveled at whites? If so, doesn't this create an unequal-before-the law situation that is even more unconstitutional than the original concern of protected minorities having more rights than others? I mean... it sounds like hate crime legislation is actually targetting one group.
Were those muslims who shot the allegedly gay man with a BB gun charged with hate crimes? Was the black gang who tortured and murdered a white couple charged with hate crimes? Are Latinos who target blacks (and vice versa) charged with hate crimes? I don't even know how to begin to research this.
Not possible. Only honkies are capable of hate crimes because whitey is inherently racist. Did you not get the receive the memo?

The police always have a nice term to use for non-whites who perpetrate violence against whites. Remember the incident in NYC many years ago with the Central Park Jogger. It was passed off as an incident of “wilding”. Even though the victim was white, and all the perpetrators were Hispanic and/or Black, it was simply called an incident of “wilding”.
There were never any hate crime charges against any of the
perps.
In many recent noose cases, we found out later that black people had placed the nooses there themselves. They wanted to demonstrate that there was a racist atmosphere, and the noose being found was supposed to prove that a school or community was racist.
I don’t pay attention to noose cases anymore, because so many have been shown to be fake. They need to move on to something else.
I think attacks against gays count as hate-crimes, so minority attacks on them pose a conundrum for the Himmlerian statisticians —hate crime or no? If the attack were against, say a gay handicapped indian by a black, I’d water that might qualify as a hate crime by a minority.

“Hate Crime” laws are status crimes. They are actually a return to Medieval times when crimes against lords and clerics received greater penalties. The outcast trash that has been allowed to hold office fears white straight males, hence passes laws against them. If any health remains among white society “Hate Crime” laws will backfire.
