COOK vegetables and make salads. Send kids OUTDOORS to play, do not send kids to school with money for snack machines and so forth and so on.
Kids also need to drink more water and I’m sure their lazy, overweight parents do too.
My child’s dentist said he’d rather my kids drank water than milk, for the health of their teeth.
Feed, water and exercise. It’s really that simple.
