Anyone know how Ken C is gonna fast track this? Someone said he had a plan to get it to SCOTUS quickly.
Others mentioned this is a solid case but the feds will be able to steal our moeny to pay for this. We have to get more AGs to sign on.
Can’t the courts just say “No legal standing” the way they have done to shut down the Obama citizenship lawsuits?
