Ladies and gentlemen- hold all tickets! This bill is unconstitutional.

So is Obama, he failed to qualify as a natural born citizen, as if anybody in the SCOTUS is willing to accept.

Anyone know how Ken C is gonna fast track this? Someone said he had a plan to get it to SCOTUS quickly.
Others mentioned this is a solid case but the feds will be able to steal our moeny to pay for this. We have to get more AGs to sign on.

Every state should contest this “law” in court. It is unconstitutional.

Correct! When will we see Barry’s birth certificate?

Glad to hear it. I was wondering what our state would do.
Let’s roll.....

Can’t the courts just say “No legal standing” the way they have done to shut down the Obama citizenship lawsuits?

I’m not in Texas but I used to live there for years, go Texans!
Call Obama out and demand his credentials, will you be ruled by a stranger?
Will you pay submission to a person with no credible past?
All states look to Texas in many different ways, but historically its always been Texas that had “True Grit”

Also, 3/4 of the States can amend the Constituton. We might have 38 or 40 onboard against this bill.

That’s what I was going to say. The States have no “standing.” They are just pass-throughs for block grants and other Federal “aid” these days. Lackeys and cringing knaves.

No legal standing?
When they are forcing you to purchase a product against your will, based on your mere existence and under penalty of law and fines, how can you not have legal standing?

Yes, God Bless Texas! And God Bless the United States of America!
Those who seek to destroy US now are put on notice. Whatever it takes, “We the People” will stop you.

Seems to me the expansion of medicaid and the usurpation of insurance regulation constitute legal standing.

Makes sense. But we are also “forced” to buy “services” of the government through confiscation of payroll taxes as in income taxes, FICA, et. al....simply because of our mere existence.
