I don’t understand women’s thinking on this, I never will, but it still doesn’t excuse his behavior. Considering that there are millions of men worldwide that would never cheat on her.
She probably wanted to be a rebel and go out with a “Bad Boy” to see what it was like... that perhaps “Bad Boys” can be “fixed”, and she thought she could “fix” Jesse. From what I understand, she grew up in a very strict household of parents who were opera singers and fans of opera and they would travel the world with Sandy and her sister going from opera house to opera house around the world.
Seems to be that that kind of “rigidity” would, in later years, make someone get all loosened up.
She can do better. She’s a great gal and it hurts me to see her hurting like this.
