I’m just glad they didn’t include Chapel Hill. They are full of themselves enough as it is.
You may have heard that when plans were being discussed for the creation and funding of the North Carolina Zoo, Sen. Jesse Helms famously said, “North Carolina doesn’t need a zoo, just put a fence around Chapel Hill.”
