Baltimore? I live in the suburbs and I laughed when I read that. Maybe everywhere surrounding Baltimore, but not the city.

I want to know why they never tell us where the smartest rural areas are.
They probably don’t think we got no book learnin and can’t read no writin.

IF they are so smart why aren’t their states in better financial shape? I think the state income tax in NC is way high....and debt out of hand.
Seems rather dumb to me.

If these cities are “smart,” I’m glad I live in Stupidville.

Hartford, CT is a dump. There isn’t even University there. The whole idea of the New Haven - Hartford, CT as one of the smartest areas is so frikkin’ ridiculous it’s beyond words.

More education doesn’t mean “smart” in any real sense; it just means “likely to be more liberal” because people have been indoctrinated long.
By the way, the “more education” criterion would treat a masters in education as more educated than a BS in physics. Now, please excuse me while I leave the room to laugh.

LOL!
I’m just glad they didn’t include Chapel Hill. They are full of themselves enough as it is.
You may have heard that when plans were being discussed for the creation and funding of the North Carolina Zoo, Sen. Jesse Helms famously said, North Carolina doesn’t need a zoo, just put a fence around Chapel Hill.

The ironic part of this so-called “smartest” cities is that most of them are libtard/progressive in-the-red fail cities....
