If true, with numbers like that, particularly if they carry over to other forms of cancer, I see no reason the vaccine should be mandatory.

The real benefit will come from fewer repeat pap smears and fewer treatments with laser or freezing to remove pre-cancerous changes. We’ll see less genital warts and the cases of transmission at birth to the baby ought to go near zero.

The very idea of any government entity mandating this vaccine is total anathema.
