The Searchers by far but I am also partial to Liberty Valance.

One of my favorite scenes that proved The Duke could act, was in the saloon after the battle at the railroad siding in 'The Horse Soldiers'. Drunk, angry, bitter all at the same time....well done and a poke in the eye for anyone that said he couldn't do it.

“Hondo” needs to be in there.

And “El Dorado” instead of “Rio Bravo”. Although the two movies had the same plot, Robert Mitchum playing the Dean Martin part in “El Dorado” made it a much better movie because the very talented Mitchum, unlike the over rated Martin, had to do some acting to play a drunk.
