Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation says it’s hard to monitor something so secretive.

But average citizen picks it up on a trail camera.

Our state Conservation Dept. is like wise in denial. (Mo.)
There have been “panther” sightings in our area for over 10 years now, even plastercasts made of pawprints. They still are reluctant to admit they are in the area. Claim the cougars are “just passing through” or migrating somewhere else...(probably Oklahoma, LOL).

Just let one US citizen try to sneak through without health insurance, and see how effective the gov is at monitoring the sneaky.
