I am doing much better today....just no internet time.
I have been taking cranberry capsules for a year, and I drink cranberry juice, non sugared..uggg... by the quarts!
I had bladder surgery two years ago and I feel something has gone haywire again....
Are you getting nice sunshine in Sedona too? we sure had a lovey day here in Los Angeles.
