James Cap, a quadriplegic since a Nov. 4, 1979 high school football accident, holds the tube in his mouth that he uses to aim and fire his shotgun as he sits in his wheel chair in a shed where he hunts Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, in Manville, N.J. Recently Cap won a two-and-a-half-year legal battle to allow him to use a shotgun special ly mounted on his wheelchair and operated by a breathing tube.

Good for you Mr. Cap! You fought for you Rights and you won!
I’m sure you had a lot of of help from like-minded individuals, so I say: Thanks to all you folks, too.
It’s nice to know there are still so many patriotic American individuals left in New Jersey.
Enjoy the hunts, sir.

Good for him! My cousin was paralyzed (paraplegic) a few years ago when the ladder to his tree stand broke and he fell about 15 feet. Unfortunately he landed on his head and shattered his spine.
It didn't stop him though, he still gets out and bow hunts for everything from Deer to Bear.

Good for him.
I’ve followed his case for a while. He won his firearms purchaser ID after a long court case. Congrats.
