Well, it depends which vaccine you're asking about. There are at least five Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent vaccines being administered. Usually the adverse reaction rate is well characterized in a few years.

this page, then selecting the Package Insert of that vaccine and searching the document for the word "death".

here. As of November 24th, there have been 13 deaths. "The 13 VAERS reports that involve deaths are under review by CDC, FDA and the states where the reported deaths occurred."
