Try eating right, working out, getting to the doctor in a timely way, etc., etc., when you are depressed, and this would be no mystery.
Well I have backed off the last few months but I was jogging 10 miles during the summer. Lately I’ve been hitting the weights in the basement. I would say I’m more pissed than depressed. If I could just taste a little conservative revenge I think I’d be alright. :)
