The Ft. Hood shooter, Nidal Malik Hasan, was a radical Muslim who praised suicide bombings.
He made comments to his superiors that the U.S. Army was the aggressor conducting a "war on Islam," and that the Muslims should rise up in a Holy War against the army. His superiors did nothing. In fact, he was left in his position as psychological counselor to returning soldiers.
Hasan yelled "Allahu Akbar!" while carrying out his homicidal jihad, the same thing the terrorists shouted while beheading "infidels" on videotape.
He attended the same Dar al Hijrah mosque as 4 of the the 9/11 hijackers in Falls Creek, VA., and an investigation of his computer shows he downloaded material from the website of Anwar Nasser al Awlaki, the same radical Imam and terrorist facilitator who headed the mosque and was an advisor to the hijackers.
In the past, the killer had contacted Al Qaeda with the FBI's knowledge, and nothing was done about it.
He was under FBI investigation for internet postings equating muslim suicide bombers with GIs who threw themselves on grenades to save their comrades.
It has just come to light that an analysis of his computer shows that Hasan routinely visited al Qaeda and Islamic terrorist web sites in the months and weeks leading up to the massacre.
He spoke openly about his radical views and some soldiers reported them.
It might be small comfort to think this was an isolated, freak occurrence. But it is not. What if one day a jihadist, decorated and educated and high-ranking, decides to take a stealth bomber for a spin, to bomb our own armed forces? Or take an Apache helicopter equipped with Hellfire missiles on a similar mission? Not unlikely.
This is not the first time something like this has happened. A few other instances: the planned Fort Dix massacre which was thwarted; the incident where the Islamist soldier threw a grenade in his fellow soldiers' tent, killing them; the incident where an RPG was sent shot into a mess hall tent by an Islamist U.S. soldier, killing multiple soldiers.
What we have is a fatally flawed PC culture where open, radical jihadist beliefs cannot be addressed, because we might appear "insensitive" or discriminatory.
Immediately in the aftermath of the Ft. Hood massacre, the "authorities" assured us this was not terrorism. And we were told not to "jump to any conclusions." We were to dutifully shelve our common sense, behave as a sea of mindless nitwits, and automatically believe that.
These same people now tell us they can't quite figure out what motivated the killer. Yes, you read that right. The smartest and brightest don't have a clue.
Some even have a theory they've floated that Hasan has "pre-post-traumatic stress disorder" because he was to be deployed to Iraq. In other words, he snapped before ever seeing one second's worth of combat.
Some mental health expert.
No crackpot explanation is too asinine, too insulting to the intelligence, or too idiotic to keep from addressing the plain truth, which is that Political Correctness has got to go.
It is going to kill us all.
If he yelled “Jesus saves!” while handing out pamphlets, then there’d be an investigation into how such a radical was allowed in the military

Once when I was about to go Deep sea Fishing with my Father, His friend and his friend’s Son, before we even left the campsite to go launch the Boat the friend’s Son Puked without any obvious problem.
High Anxiety, more than just a little nervous, was the general opinion.
If Hasan had truley “Snapped” why is there all of the negative actions leading up to the Violent event?
This was Islamic Jihad plain and simple.
